Acrylic coating:

a compound consisting of an elastomeric acrylic latex binder, various pigments and other additives to satisfy the required physical properties as described in ASTM D6083/D6083M.

Aluminum-pigmented asphalt roof coating:

a compound consisting of an asphalt base, volatile petroleum solvents, and other additives including a leafing type of aluminum pigment conforming to the requirements of Specification D962, with or without added fiber to satisfy the required physical properties as described in ASTM D2824/D2824M.

Asphalt roof coating:

a compound consisting of an asphalt base, volatile petroleum solvents, and mineral or other additives, excluding asbestos fiber, to satisfy the required physical properties as described in ASTM D4479/D4479M.

Asphaltic emulsion coating:

a compound consisting of an asphalt emulsion binder and other additives to satisfy the required physical properties as described in ASTM D1227/D1227M.

Moisture-cured polyurethane coating:

a compound consisting of a moisture curing urethane elastomeric polymer, various pigments or other additives to satisfy the required physical properties as described in ASTM D6947/D6947M.

Roof coating:

a fluid-applied, adhered coating used for roof maintenance or roof repair, or as a component of a roof covering system or roof assembly.

Silicone coating:

a compound consisting of a dispersion containing silicone polymers (principal polymer), various pigments and other additives to satisfy the required physical properties as described in ASTM D6694/D6694M.
